Type of internal document describing a custom software package produced for an oil company. Posible glosses: "Support file"? "Publication file"? "User's guide"? "Technical specifications?". Have found no explanation in the text itself. The "DSM" could simply be "specifications" but then I would wonder why the source text didn't simply use the term ""Cahier des Charges".
