Cosmetic companies often use words like this to make their product sound 'serious' :-) Note that they have also used the word 'epidermis', 'astringente' and 'matiza'.

Hi Liz, help was not completely ignored at all but greatly appreciated. In my particular document I went for something more informal because it was a cosmetics magazine for general readers.
