Termenul apare într-o cerere adresată C.N.P.P. În text se spune: "Subsemnatul(a) ... în calitate de reprezentant/funcţia în firmă ... al S.C ………..., depun următoarele documente în vederea obţinerii documentului portabil A1 pentru …… angajaţi/angajat:"

"declaraţie pe proprie răspundere a angajatorului care să ateste eventualele perioade pentru care persoanele pentru care se solicită documente portabile A1 au beneficiat sau nu de formulare E 101 şi E 102"
Am găsit "Portable Documents" (http://www.raphael-service.de/service/entsende_glossar/porta... dar am observat că acest termen nu prea este folosit în Austria. Există altă variantă, mai uzuală?

Was ist ein mobiles Dokument?
Mobile Dokumente ersetzen die bisherigen E‑Vordrucke. Sie werden von den zuständigen Trägern, bei denen Sie versichert sind, ausgestellt.
Jedes Dokument betrifft eine einzelne Person (eventuell noch deren Familienangehörige) und enthält ihre Namen und andere Identifikationsmerkmale. Das Dokument wird von der ausstellenden Sozialbehörde ordnungsgemäß unterzeichnet und abgestempelt.
