European PT, from the name of a university degree course.
The name of the course is "Jogos Interactivos e Estratégias Afeccionais".
I have never seen this word in Portuguese before, it's not in my dictionaries, and Internet references are scarce.
Obviously the course title is a bit academic/esoteric, so I am hoping to find an English word that captures this.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Comment: "Bingo! Perfect. It seemed the word had something to do with emotions/affect, but the puzzling thing was that it doesn’t exist in any of my monoligual dictionaries. Thanks again."
