I wonder if some one could comment on correct wording for the very last sentence/phrase.
I understand what 'sucumbenciais' means - burden of responsibility for paying legal fees and litigation costs etc, also the reference to 'assistente' means something more than than just 'assistant'as we normally understand, I believe it means legal assistant or some form of third party in this case ?
Tais verbas deverão ser corrigidas a partir das respectivas estimativas (23.05.2003 para o primeiro e 17.l0.2008 para o segundo). Não há condenação em ônus sucumbenciais quanto à assistente.”
