Portuguese term

Emprestimo de primeiro/segundo grau

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Insurance
In the insurance contract I'm translating it refers to 'Emprestimo de primeiro grau', and also 'emprestimo de igual ou de segundo grau'. How does this primeiro/segundo grau term translate into English?

thanks for your help

David, do you know what they are? I found first and second lien loans but no idea if they are the same thing as emp. 1ro grau and 2do grau.

Thanks Leniel, but with under 10 hits on Google for each term I imagine there must be a more commonly used term.
