This is from a government decree in Brazil describing equipment installed in new vehicles. The phrase is:
[...] instalação de equipamento obrigatório denominado antifurto, nos veículos novos saídos de fábrica, nacionais ou estrangeiros.
Obviously, we're talking about "new factory-built vehicles", but is there a better term for "saídos de fábrica"?
