French term

abri-croisière

French to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping Cruise ships and related

(A later sentence talks about onshore facilities, so this is definitely on the water in some capacity.)

Thanks.

passenger shelter

sounds to me like a basic terminal where passengers can shelter from the weather

This is what I eventually went with as well. Thanks.

covered floating boat slip

There are other ways to say this - 'covered walkway', 'covered slip dock'. If you Google it, several suggestions come up. I think this is what the text is referring to. I hope this helps. :-)

movable gangway

that's how I understand it might be helpful to provide further context.
