métiers d'archiviste

French to English Other Science (general) Archival Science

I'm translating an abstract and have met the above term *les métiers d'archiviste* which seems tricky given that, when I think about "archival science trades/professions", I am doubtful.

Any suggestion, please?

A decent amount of search matches, one relating to an Australian university, one to NASA no less:

Thanks Liz! / That's actually a really good call -- like the "medical profession", covers a lot of "sub-professions" for want of a proper English expression. Specialities (UK)/specialisms (US)?
