French term
hôtel à projet
French to English
Science
Science (general)
R&D, innovation
This seems to be a relatively new concept, and I'm not sure what the English equivalent is. Here is a French definition:
TIA for your help!

Would this be appropriate? A number of British universities now use this term. See web reference.

: Yes, and I don't think a literal translation works.

Comment: "Thanks for this suggestion Alison. This is what I'll be using. I agree with Phil that a literal translation wouldn't work. In my text, there is no explanation as to what a "hôtel à projet" is, so the English equivalent has to be self-explanatory. I think that "innovation centre" fits the bill perfectly. "
Discussion
Can you find an equivalent in English : "Call" for project / XXX for project??
