No-one's going to ask it questions, they'll just consult it to see what it has to say.

This would appear to confirm my previous guess about the system logging parameters.

control system with remote programming (or monitoring) capacity/feature

It's not very clear to me with the context given, whether you can actually program the thing through remote access, or if the remote access is just to be able to check in on it and see if it's working ok (when you're on vacation?)

You might need to split the sentence up or turning things around in order to get it to sound like English - I would avoid translating "géré" with a verb ...
