French to English Other Medical: Instruments SOPs for a medical device manufacturer

This document deals with all aspects of handling medical devices received from other manufacturers for distribution, plus medical devices produced by the company. One of the departments handles incoming goods, some of which need customs clearance before they can be added to stock.
L’opérateur ne pourra ouvrir les cartons que lorsque la livraison sera dédouanée (BAE obtenu), et ils pourront alors être déplacés en zone 1 en attendant d’être réceptionnée.
I am not sure what we call these bons à enlever in English (BAE obtenu). Can anybody clarify this for me please? It's clearly some kind of customs clearance certificate, but not sure if we have a specific term for it.
