Discussion

Michael Barnett Aug 18, 2011:
CSST Hi. Work accident is plausibe. Is this from Quebec?
In Quebec, a work accident is billed under a different insurance program. Often you will see indication that it is billed through the Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité du Travail du Québec.
Anne Diamantidis Aug 9, 2011:
Quick question - is the patient in question handicaped, did he/she have an accident? Is the term "AT" together with "Observations"?

Work Accident

Without more context - AT stands for Accident du Travail (work accident). Would make sense in a medical history - what does the file say? Is the patient handicapped?

Sorry, Meant to say that if the term A.T. on your text goes together with "Observations", it's very likely that they mean work accident. Otherwise, if you have more context that'd be great.

Hi Liz! You are right. I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. :-(
disagree Anne Diamantidis : No, the French for BP is T.A. and it is already mentionned in the document - "Date Acte Motif Taille (m) Poids (kg) T.A. Pouls Observation" // Happens to all of us - have a great weekend! ;)))

You are quite right. I am afraid I misread the document.
