This little gem comes from a hospital discharge summary. It comes under the "abdomen" section of the Clinical Examination:
BHA+
Douloureux dans son ensemble
Zone nauséabonde creusante au niveau du flanc droit
I think "nauséabonde" is referring to a part of the abdomen that's causing nausea, but am having trouble understanding exactly what is meant here, particularly with the word "creusante".
Is anyone able to provide some clarification?
Many thanks in advance for any help :)
