Discussion
Anyway, it's a traditional cast post and core with the addition of a "pin" (it is a actually another post) for retention purposes.
Your first proposal (pin-retained inlay core) is correct, but I would prefer the term "cast core". (Inlay core seems to be used mainly by French people.)
