My understanding is that the "impôts décomptés" are totaled up on Form Nº 3310-A and carried forward to line 29 or Form Nº 3310-CA3, where they seem still to be paid.
But I'm not sure of this. :o

Where is section C? It sure looks like this phrase simply the means the amount of tax entered in the décompte (breakdown/itemised list(s)) of section C and then "carried" (reporté) over to this section.
Certainly nothing to do with deferral!
In any case, English tends to dispense with words like 'report' in favour of succinct labels. "From" is enough to establish what is going on.
