French term

03 12 1953, NAT 10977 X 78. 78. DT 58. 78 58 471

French to English Law/Patents Law (general) certificates
This is a line in a French naturalization ampliation from 1978. It directly follows the name of the person acquiring French naturalization:
XYZ, Hong Kong
03 12 1953, NAT 10977 X 78. 78. DT 58. 78 58 471
The first term, 03 12 1953, is most probably XYZ's date of birth. NAT could refer to "naturalization", 10977 the number of the decree, and 78 is the year 1978.
Could somebody help me with the complete deciphering of this line? Thanks a lot!
