"main de maître" litrerally means "hand of a master" and this expression is given in dictionaries. So could also use this expression too!

: not a big fan of "completed". Makes it sounds as if it there is some kind of contrast with the start of the project, as if it were started by amateurs, or something....

That's maybe a rather narrow view of "complete", but if you like you could put "carried out", "performed", etc.
