If you are in a country that is a member, you join this crew through that country's membership.
If you are in a country that does not have membership, then you have to join the crew directly, if you want to join.

individual membership
I feel the key matter here is the difference between joining an organization through being a member of something else, or making a direct (personal, individual...) application. What is your opinion about this issue? Let me know in any case,
