From an insurance policy. I'm not sure how to translate the phrase between asterisks:
Les garanties du contrat *seront acquises à* l'ASSURE lorsqu'à la suite d'une perte ou d'un dommage direct à ses biens et/ou à ceux de ses voisins causé par un événement assuré ou de la menace de réalisation de ladite perte ou dudit dommage, il se trouvera contraint par une autorité quelconque ou par simple décision de sa part confirmée ultérieurement par une autorité compétente, de suspendre son activité ou de surseoir à la remise en activité de son exploitation.

: Aside from the spelling of guaranteed, I don't think this reflects the meaning of the French phrase.
