I would translate the whole thing, "offrant une protection d’une valeur limite combinée minimum d’au moins," as "with a combined sum insured". The exact meaning of "combinée" is not clear from the context, but I don't think that's your problem.

I would translate the whole thing, "offrant une protection d’une valeur limite combinée minimum d’au moins," as "with a combined sum insured". The exact meaning of "combinée" is not clear from the context, but I don't think that's your problem.

.. just another way to phrase this, however I do think you need to retain the notions of "minimum" and "insured value"
