Technical broadcast facility: I think it is something like a 'player cam' which follows a particular player in a football match eg, but I am not sure and would be v grateful if any specialists out there could put me straight!

I think \"frame-by-frame\" would be a little extreme, because there are 24 frames per second and it would look a jerky series of still pictures (I\'m sure that technique is used by scientists to analyze certain types of motion, though).

Just wondering if <<loupe>> could be a mis-spelling of "loop"!
(Such things have been known!)
