What do ITO initials stand for in this context:
“ITO” means an official referee, judge, member of the AIBA Arbitration Board or other technical official appointed in connection with the Championships and authorised and recognised as such by AIBA;
(it might be "International Technical Official", but I'm not quite shure. I must translate this into spanish, so the initials might have to be changed; the order certainly has)

: I'd feel more comfortable if you were able to link the abbreviation to the sport of boxing.

Is it a matter of ability? I just wanted to propose an abbreviation that is recorded on the site and it sounds logical :)

NTO - national technical official
This might be it.
AIBA will nominate the technical delegates, juries, medical juries to conduct the tournament, host country can send 3 AIBA R/Js. Meanwhile BOCOG will nominate 6 NTOs (national technical officials) to officiate in the tournament.
