Dear Friends,

Please proofread the abstract below. Another question is if the phrase "as soon as possible" is polite enough (the letter is to be sent to the client).

Thank you !

If you must keep the word \"Respect\" then use \"with respect to\"
not \"in respect of\".
Peer comment(s):

agree conejo : Yes: the only thing that mars this paragraph is the "in respect of." Also: "our suggestions" is better than "the above suggestions" in my opinion in this particular case.

Thank you
agree Derek Gill Franßen : Apart from Rita's comment (If it is outstanding, then who hasn't delivered the communication?), I think you could safely use "our/the suggestions above"; you might consider using "other" or just "different" for "additional, further or different". :-)

disagree Refugio : You can't say "we kindly"

s.u.

nothing wrong with it IMO

maybe 'regarding' for 'in respect of'(:1 word for the price of 3:)

I don't have a problem, with the a.s.a.p., when it's urgent you have to say it...
Peer comment(s):

agree giogi : mayube "at your earlier convenience"

neutral RHELLER : "in respect of" is incorrect

'kindly' in wrong place

"We" are not being kind, we want the client to be. Better to start with the more straightforward "Please send us your instructions...".
"...as soon as possible..." is fine.

agree Bo Smith : Yeah, we "kindly" ask you...sounds really strange.

agree Refugio : One does not attribute kindness to oneself; only to others.
