din cat am inteles, este vorba de zone dedicate integral turismului, de altfel Myrtle Beach este a "resort town" conform Wikipedia. O localitate inteaga este formata din proprietati hoteliere. Adica destinatia ta nu mai este doar hotelul X din localitatea Y, ci intreaga localitate Y.
