Parece-me que "duck thigh" fica um pouco estranho, e que "duck leg" seria o mais correto, mas não sei 100%.

Além disso, "refogada" seria "braised"? Ou há algum outro termo mais adequado? Percebi a existência de outros, mas não sei muito bem se, neste caso, esse já estaria bom.
