jernih bermutu tinggi
considering that the subject matter being refined is liquid, i would suggest 'minyak asas bertapis bermutu tinggi' as 'highly refined' would refer to the highly standard of the process to refine the oil i.e proses penapisan untuk menjernihkan minyak asas. The literal translation for refine (of oil) is actually 'jernih',nevertheless as the word 'bertapis' would already refer to the 'proses penjernihan', we could omit the word 'jernih' when translating it to Malay.

Dalam pemperosesan minyak, "to refine" bererti ianya melalui proses pemeringkatan (pemurnian)iaitu melalui beberapa saringan secara penyulingan dll.
