Criteria for composition of decision-making team
Er der nok erfarne og beslutningsdygtige ledere til at kunne gennemføre beslutningsprocessen?
Jeg synes 'experienced leaders competent to transact business' lyder tungt. Har nogen et bedre forslag?

senior managers
It is not the most elegant Danish, and I would probably rephrase it a little:
Are there enough experienced managers with the authority/authorised to make decisions?
Are there enough senior managers with the right experience as decision makers?
Perhaps even:
Are there enough experienced managers empowered to make decisions?
Something along those lines might fit your context

with good decision making abilities
I would try moving the word "ledere" forward in the sentence:
Are there a sufficient number of managers with experience and good decision making abilities to complete the decision making process?
Are there a sufficient number of managers with experience and good decision making abilities to complete the decision making process?

decisive
This would be another appropriate alternative, especially in the context of leadership. In fact, over on this side of the pond the two words very often appear to go hand in hand. A closer look at the Danish definition of beslutningsdygtig in DDO (see 2nd link below) seems to support this nuance of the word, synonymous with resolute.

Hans Wang
: "willing to make decisions" is a longer version of decisive in the context of the above sentence. Competent in the business sense of the word is broader than both my answer and this answer.

Yes, thank you, I agree. To me it seems more precise and shorter.
