Sentence: Det bor etableres faste precedure med check af antal taever og skind ved tyveri/skader som igen skal holdes op mod forpligtelsen til at levera til XX.
Is it saying ...'that will delay the obligation to deliver to XX? Not sure about the 'holdes op mod' part. Third time today - sorry, folks, but advice would be appreciated!
