Tři termíny, ve kterých se mé slovníky neshodnou. Koeficient adjustace nabídkové ceny bude nejspíš Coefficient Bid Price Adjustment (?), dále znalec srazil z "nabízené ceny" stavby xx % (offer price?), nabízená cena je vždy vyšší než cena poptávaná (asked price)??? Jedná se o oceňování nemovitostí.
