1- الشركات ذات النمو السريع:- هى الشركات الناشئة التى تشهد نسبة نمو كبيرة لا يقل عن 20% وقد يكون النمو والتوسع إما جغرافيا أو من ناحية إيراداتها أو زيادة عدد موظفيها.

لأن الشركات الكبيرة هي التي توظف عددا كبيرا من العمال.
