agree Robert Carter : Agree with "seen." You can't use "serviced" for a person, unless you're being talking about something else entirely ;-) // That too :-) , but also the verb "to service," as used in sense 2-2.1 here: https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/service

agree Charles Davis : Seen, or even treated; to service someone, as Robert says, suggests something else. In British English at least the same is true of "give someone a (good) seeing-to".

followed-up

As the patient "con antecedentes morbido conocidos" it would not be the first time.....

many references to "patient being followed up in the (outpatient) clinic"
