Spanish term

Añejo Vs. curado

Spanish to English Other Food & Drink Types of cheese
Hello everybody!

I'm working on an Excel spreadsheet and the terms appear in a long list I assume will be used on a website that sells cheese online.

I'm afraid I can't provide further context because the section that's causing me trouble is preceded by 'TIPOS DE QUESO' (Oveja, Cabra, Mezcla) and followed by FORMATO (Rueda, Cuña, Cortado, etc.)

CURACIÖN
**Añejos**
**Viejos**
Curados
Semicurados
Tiernos

I've classified my question as 'PRO' but I'm not really sure if my question falls under that category.

Spanish from Spain into UK English.

I would appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

I'll close this question and ask another one with the correct terms.

I've made a mistake I'm having problems with 'Añejo' vs 'Viejo', NOT 'Curado', which is 'cured'. I've spent the last 30 minutes reserching the terms and all sorts of words are running around inside my brain.
