its a little catch phrase, unrelated to the body of the text.
The body below has another subtitle "creative. goal oriented. personal touch.", and then the plain text description of their working philosophy. Much talk about personal service and customer tailored, long lasting results etc..- not really related to this catch phrase.
The events organisation of this marketing agency also has variety artistes and such on their books, which they will include in their creative, artistic planning of company events. I guess the catch phrase is meant to hint at that, as well as at the corporate clients who want to launch major incentive and corporate events, or product marketing through this agency..

We really need to know more about this website, Jana. What does the company do? Does the subtitle refer to their own activities? Then it would be "we reach...." etc.

That is nice,- but I wonder about the "reach" part. To me it sounds like you aim for it, but never quite make it.- in a "Hoch hinaus" you are definitely up there..

Having read your explanation about the company I'm wondering now about something like 'Creative but grounded' or 'Creativity with its feet on the ground'.

...for an "uplifting" variation;
or for a playful reference to top talent (stars): "soaring among the stars -- with our feet on the ground"
