the biological bond of parent and kin
For example:
"To those with whom our conjoing through national responsibility, concerned citizenship, and lack of recognition, comes before our conjoining through the biological bond of parent and kin."
"... comes before our conjoining through the genes of parent and uncle."
"... before our conjoining through common ancestry."
etc.
You can also say "union" instead of "conjoining", but the latter concisely depicts the meeting of two branches (who meets me and I meet him).
