Text d'origen - Francès Un bonjour limpide et jovial descend jusqu’à nous, rebondit d’un mur à l’autre, emplit la rue puis s’en va plus loin jusqu’à la rue du clocher. On s’attarde un peu sur la place de l’Ormeau, oubliée et pourtant pleine de majesté ; on s’offre même un brin de conversation avec un couple courageux dont le panier d’osier est déjà rempli. Il est 8 heures maintenant. Les pronostics météo sont toujours au beau fixe ; on ne craint ni vent, ni grain. Ils repartent d’un pas alerte vers le port tandis que nous continuons de monter vers la Citadelle. On ne résiste pas à un petit café sur la minuscule et biscornue place des Remparts, emplie de fraîcheur. Il serait tout de même temps de gagner la place des Lices, le cœur vibrant du village. Quelques ruelles encore populaires, des rues bourgeoises bordées d’hôtels particuliers au baroque discrètement imposant et nous voici enfin sur l’immense place bordée de platanes. Les habitués sont déjà là ; on les reconnaît à leur assurance un peu dégingandée, à leur pas plus pressé que celui des badauds, aux sandales tropéziennes un rien éculées. Un tour chez Pascale devant le cinéma de la Renaissance pour voir si elle a de nouveaux trésors de Bali, d’Indonésie ou d’ailleurs — ses tuniques fleuries et brodées font un malheur à la plage. Un coup d’œil chez Bubu pour son esprit surplus inimitable, un panama ici, quelques fanfreluches là, des riens qui vous aimantent le regard…

We linger for a while on the neglected and yet majestic Place de l’Ormeau; we even have a little chat with a fearless couple who had already filled their wicker basket. It is now eight o’clock. The weather forecast is still excellent; no signs of wind or storms. They walk away, briskly towards the port while we walk up to the citadel. We cannot resist the coolness of the tiny, crooked Place des Ramparts, and we stop for a coffee before we carry on to the Place des Lices, the town’s vibrant heart. A few trendy alleyways, residential roads bordered with discreetly imposing baroque-style private mansions, and finally, we are in the vast square among plane trees. The locals are already there and can be recognized by their slightly gauche self-possession, by a faster pace than the sightseers, by their rather worn-down Saint-Tropez sandals. A glance at Pascale’s stall in front of the cinema of the Renaissance to see if she has any new treasures from Bali, Indonesia, or elsewhere – her embroidered floral tunics are favourites on the beach. A look around Bubu's for his unique, quirky goods: a Panama hat here, some frills there, bits and pieces that grab your attention…

Text d'origen - Espanyol Los pacientes críticos son una población especialmente vulnerable, estando predispuestos al desarrollo de úlceras por presión (UPP) causados por múltiples factores: uso de drogas vasoactivas, sedación, restricción de movimientos por un prolongado período de tiempo, inestabilidad hemodinámica, soporte respiratorio, alteración del nivel de conciencia, etc. (20,21), motivos que hacen que la incidencia de estas lesiones sean elevadas en los Áreas de Cuidados Críticos (22,23,24,25,26).
Existe un alto grado de consenso entre las sociedades científicas en considerar que la prevención constituye el método más eficiente para abordar el problema de las upp (27). Se estima que en nuestro país el coste de las upp, incluidos los materiales, tiempos de enfermería y estancias extras tanto hospitalarias como sociosanitarias rondan los 461 millones de euros anuales (16).
Traducció - Anglès Critically-ill patients are a particularly vulnerable group as they are predisposed to the development of pressure ulcers caused by multiple factors such as the use of vasoactive drugs, sedation, decreased mobility for prolonged periods, hemodynamic instability, respiratory support, altered level of consciousness, etc. (20, 21). These explain the high incidence of these injuries in Critical Care Units (22, 23, 24, 25, 26).
There is a high degree of consensus in the scientific community that consider that prevention is the most efficient method of addressing the problem of pressure ulcers. They estimate that in Spain, the cost of pressure ulcers, including equipment, nursing support, more extended stays in the hospital as well as aftercare is around 461 million euros per year (16).
