Workflow software for Mac - TO3000?

I'm looking for a workflow/invoicing/CRM package like Translation Office 3000 but need one that runs on Mac OSX.

TO3000 looks great on paper (screen?) but when I demoed the Windows version over Christmas and found a bug, I never get a reply to my e-mail reporting it, which is not overly impressive. I also can't find anything on system requirements on the web site so I don't know if it will run under OSX.

Project Open looks like it only handles Windows and Linux.
