Hi, When I assign a specific field, say, to the specialization list by means of the respective button, I can not assign that same field to any of the other two buttons beacuse it is actually removed from the source list. As I understand this, I can have a field repeated in all three target lists if I want. Please explain. José | |

Note that once a field has been added to an area (specialization, working or interest) through the Profile updater, it will no longer be available in the list of fields to be added to one of the other two areas. The logic behind this is that if a field is part of your specialty fields, then you work and you are interest in this field. So, no need to add it in all three areas. In the same way, if you work in a field then it means you are interested in that field but you are not necessarily an specialist. Finally, being interested in a field does not mean the service provider is an specialist or that s/he works in that field. Hope this explains. I am having difficulty in trying to edit the contact information in my profile. My translation business is based in France and my e-mail address is French: [email protected]. Address line 1 is correct: 11 avenue Durante. The country is correct: France. But, every time that I try to change the State/region/province to 'Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur' and the city to 'Nice' they immediately revert to 'Unlisted Region' - 'Dublin' and 'Un... The "Add credentials" link that according to instructions no. 10.3 is in the Profile Updater next to Language Pairs is not there. I wanted to upload a credential. How can I do that? | |

Hello eahill, You can report your credentials from the "Languages" section of your Profile Updater. Just click on 'Add credentials' next to the corresponding language pair(s) declared. A window will pop up allowing you to report any professional credentials, certifications or accreditations you have earned from recognized authorities. Just click on 'Add credentials' next to the corresponding language pair(s) declared. A window will pop up allowing you to report any professional credentials, certifications or accreditations you have earned from recognized authorities. After you have done this with all your credentials, they will appear in your profile, on the Credentials section. Remember you can also have your credentials verified by site staff. To do so, just submit a support request and attach a scanned copy of your credentials to it (including an English translation if required). Staff will check and match the credentials you have reported in your profile with the copies you attach to the support request. Hope this helps.
