Wrong linking in Office Word

Hi,
I have a problem with Office Word (once again), more specifically with the "table of contents" function. The table of contents is created correctly, but certain references are not correct or get to the line above the title in question. These errors are random and the lines are formatted correctly (default vs. heading). Does anyone have any idea what this could be or how I can fix it? I also have the same problem with the box directory.

Problem solved. After updating the table of contents several times, everything is ok ...
