Am I the only one that missed this webinar because the time was wrong? (Bristol, England) Sep 11, 2013

Hi all,

I am extremely disappointed because apparently I have missed this webinar, even though I was ready at the agreed time. Has anybody else had the same problem?? I think the timezone calculator is wrong for my timezone (London, summer time).

If I am wrong, I would love to know why, I have checked the time conversion many times...

Thanks,

Liliana Marquesini

Hello Liliana,

As far as I see you have reported your time zone, http://www.proz.com/?sp=settings_dtime , and training start time shows correct start time at training pages, like here http://www.proz.com/translator-training/course/8314

You can also re-check this at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html?iso=20130911T160009&p1=0&p2=136

Please remember that all automatic notifications sent from the GTW platform show start time in GMT/UTC only.

A link to the presentation and list of helpful resources has been emailed today. Thus you will have unlimited access to the materials and the webinar video shortly. A certificate of attendance is now available for download from your ProZ.com profile.

Hope this helps and clarifies.

My bests,
Helen

how can I access the course video? Oct 3, 2016

Dear Helen Shepelenko,

I also missed the course and I contacted the trainer a long time ago, who provided me with a link, but I've tried to access the course video and I cannot do it. It seems that I have to pay the access the video.
