Text d'origen - Anglès Tendinosis, thickening and fibrosis was also noted at the distal tendon due to bone spur irritation. The healing of the tendon and heel has not occurred well and there is a continuous pain and discomfort at the mid tendon swelling occurred quite well, but distally new exostoses grew to the medial, lateral and superior heel resection area. Therefore a new operation was considered necessary. In MRI the mid- tendon seems to be OK, but distally there have grown bony spurs and thick distal Achilles tendon with marked retrocalcaneal fibrosis. In the new surgery, on the 30th September, 2014 the heel was exposed both medially and laterally. Exostoses were removed and excessive bone and cartilage spurs were excised with chisel and rongeur. The bone surface was rasped smooth, superior and side periost was cauterised with diathermy and excessive hard fibrosis was removed from retrocalcaneal area, too.

En la RM se aprecia la zona media del tendón en buen estado, sin embargo se observó el crecimiento de osteófitos y engrosamiento distal del tendón de Aquiles con fibrosis retrocalcánea marcada. En la nueva intervención quirúrgica del día 30 de septiembre de 2014, el talón fue expuesto de forma medial y lateral. Se extirparon las exóstosis y se realizó una escisión de los osteófitos de cartílago y óseos con tijera y gubias. Se raspó la superficie ósea sin dificultad, el periostio lateral y superior se cauterizó mediante diatermia y además se extirpó la excesiva fibrosis de la zona retrocalcánea.

Was sind Supersätze?
Unter Supersatz wird das Training eines Muskels (Agonist) und seines Gegenspielers (Antagonist) ohne Pause verstanden, d.h., es wird zuerst ein Satz einer Übung für den Agonisten und anschließend ein Satz einer Übung für den Antagonisten durchgeführt. Ein Belastungswechsel von Muskeln mit entgegengesetzter Funktion (z.B. Bizeps und Trizeps) führt zu einer intensiveren Durchblutung der trainierten Körperpartie und zu einem starken Aufpumpeffekt.
Es können aber auch Übungen miteinander zu einem Supersatz kombiniert werden, deren Muskeln keine entgegengesetzte Funktion besitzen. In diesem Plan ist dies bei den Übungskombinationen Butterfly reverse – Beinpresse und Seithebemaschine – Bauchmaschine der Fall. Per strenger Definition handelt es sich dann zwar nicht mehr um einen Supersatz, sondern um eine unterbrochene Satzfolge (Interrupted Sets). Dabei wird einfach ein Satz für eine Muskelgruppe in der Trainingspause einer anderen Übung dazwischengeschoben. Der Trainingsablauf an sich ist aber absolut identisch.

Què són les súper sèries?
Una súper sèrie consisteix a fer l’entrenament d’un múscul agonista i del seu contrari o antagonista sense pausa, és a dir, primer es realitza una sèrie d’un exercici per a un grup muscular agonista i seguidament es fa la del grup muscular antagonista. El canvi de càrrega de músculs amb funció contraria (per exemple, el bíceps i el tríceps) genera un augment molt ràpid de la circulació sanguínia i de la massa corporal de la part del cos que s’està treballant.
Es podrien combinar exercicis dins una mateixa súper sèrie en els què els músculs no realitzin una funció contrària. En aquest pla d’entrenament això es dona en el cas de les combinacions d’exercicis d’obertures inverses a la Pec Deck (premsa de cames i màquina d'elevació lateral) a la màquina d’abdominals. Estrictament parlant, això últim no es tractaria d’una súper sèrie, sinó d’un ordre de sèrie interromput (sets interromputs). A la pausa de l’entrenament s’afegiria un altre exercici al mig de la sèrie per a un grup muscular. El progrés de l’entrenament és absolutament idèntic.

Biografia
English and German into Spanish and Catalan translator based in Spain. I have been working as a translator since I graduated and during my four years of experience I have worked at three translation companies, one of them a video games localization company, and the other ones as a technical and translation project manager. I am currently working as a freelancer and my expertise fields are audiovisual translations (video games localization, subtitling, dubbing, audio description), marketing, touristic texts as well as technical and scientific texts.
Thanks to my education and experience in both in-house and freelance translation areas not only have I learnt how to deal with tight deadlines and developed excellent linguistic and language skills, I now know how the translation business works from both sides.
