DIRECTORS’ POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directors’ general authority
Subject to the Companies Act and the articles, the directors:
(a) shall manage the company’s business; and
(b) may exercise all the powers of the company for any purpose connected with the company’s business.
Members’ reserve power
(1) The members may, by special resolution, order the directors to act, or refrain from acting, in a particular way
(2) No such special resolution shall invalidate anything which the directors have already done.
DECISION-MAKING BY DIRECTORS
Directors to take decisions collectively
(1) This article applies to any matter in respect of which the directors have not delegated their powers and responsibilities to a single director.

I was brought up in a bilingual environment, in which switching from Catalan to Spanish was just as natural as the act of talking itself.
I always had a thing for languages, so I guess it's only natural I ended up being a translator.
Thanks to my studies and my job, I've lived in different parts of England and I've also had the opportunity to travel to other countries and know other cultures, which is something I love.
I am currently living in London, where I've been a translation project manager for 2 years. Although I've been working as a part-time translator since I graduated, I recently took the decision of fully dedicate myself to translation.
