I need the help of someone who lives outside the US and have a Moneybookers and a PayPal account to help me pay a colleague in the US. I gave her a small job and forgot about the new restrictions on Moneybookers, so now I can't send her the payment through them because she's in the US and I am outside, and PayPal doesn't work here in SA. If someone has accounts in both Moneybookers and PayPal and lives outside the US, I will send the money to them so they can send it to her through PayPal afterwards.

How about mailing a cashier's check per certified mail? This would certainly cost less than wire fees. Banks in the US also accept foreign checks without a problem. It just takes a little bit longer until the funds are available.
I am highly interested in this topic because I am in negotiations with a potential new client in your country and I might face a similar problem.

You could also use www.moneygram.com, I found 4 branches in Jeddah, SA. And perhaps similar agencies exist?
Perhaps it's not the cheapest option, but paying wire fees for Moneybookers and Paypal, with their poor exchange rates would probably have the same effect? Even a normal bank transfer between SA and USA could work out to have the same transfe... See more
