DeLaval dairy fan DF1250
Introduction
DeLaval dairy fan DF1250 are highly effective cooling fans.
Productive dairy cows needs around the year optimal climatic conditions.{j}Especially in summer times the temperature can, in confinement buildings, rise to a too high level.
Above 22°C the cows start reducing their feed intake, need energy to get rid of the excessive heat production and therefore start losing the usual high milk production levels.
The fan creates fresh air around the animals, by which the heat stress problems can be solved.
Next to that, the air is circulated throughout the house, so dead corners are prevented, and the climatic situation within house is equalized.
DeLaval dairy fan DF1250 may be equipped with a control unit that controls the fan speed according to the temperature in the barn.
When the temperature reaches the set value, the fan will start to run at the minimum speed.
As the temperature rises, the fan speed increases until the maximum speed is reached.
If the temperature drops below the set value, the fans will stop.
There are two types of control units applicable for DeLaval dairy fan DF1250:
Thermostat controller TKR-1
DeLaval Barn system controller BSC

В течение всего года продуктивным дойным коровам требуются максимально благоприятные условия окружающей среды, особенно в летнее время, когда температура в закрытых помещениях может сильно повышаться. При температуре выше 22°C потребление корма у коров снижается, поскольку им требуется энергия для удаления избыточного тепла, и в результате они начинают давать меньше молока.
Вентилятор создает около животных поток свежего воздуха, и благодаря этому решаются проблема теплового стресса. Помимо этого, вследствие циркуляции воздуха, в помещении устраняются зоны с застоявшимся воздухом и климатическая ситуация уравновешивается.
Вентилятор DeLaval DF1250 может быть оборудован блоком управления, позволяющим контролировать скорость устройства в соответствии с температурой в коровнике. При достижении температурой заданной отметки вентилятор начинает работать на минимальной скорости. По мере повышения температуры скорость вентилятора увеличивается до максимальной. При ее снижении ниже установленного значения вентилятор останавливается.
В вентиляторе для молочных ферм DeLaval модели DF1250 применяется два типа блоков управления:
• терморегулятор TKR-1
• контроллер системы DeLaval Barn BSC
