I clicked the "register" button for this webinar "Unleash...": but no confirmation window opened... Apr 4, 2016

I clicked the "register" button for this webinar:

but no confirmation window opened, and
I received no confirmation E-mail,

(unlike what happened when i registered for the "for beginners" webinar that will take place on the 13th of April, for which but aonfirmation window opened, and
I received a confirmation e-mail,)


I have already taken the same webinar 8with the same title) in the past, but I wld like to re-take it; is that the cause?
