If no, we'll probably join both
If yes, it depends on various other factors which one we'll join -anyway, I'll leave a note at the reception or, better still, be around Csaba in the lobby

ALL walking tours start at 9:30
If you open the individual walking tour sessions, you'll see a detailed itinerary. I'll also mark them on a map in the hotel lobby.
You can buy tickets for walking tours in the registration area.

Hi all and juvera, I think you are right ad that's what I normally do when I get to places (and I do travell a lot). Besides in very few countries, when you try to (over) organize every thing you get the opposite. Besides, whenever I travel, my shcedule & plans change so often that by now I do not organize even such things such as taxi from the airport. This time I tried to do just because I thought probably many will arrive by saturday and by after noon, but will galdly follow your advice, dear... In the evening, will be very glad to walk to the restaurant and back, I do it whenever I can and I am a good walker. So, hope a lot will join me to walk to to tha Grand Caffe the Saturday night. The restaurant has a seating capacity of about 130. I think now we are around that figure. This shouldn't be a problem, as not all of us will arrive at the same time, and many of us will just stand around the bar talking to each other.
A copy of the menu and the wine list will be on display in the hotel lobby from Friday morning.
If there's a large amount of people arriving at the same time, you should be patient with your orders.
