Passolo and TM

I am using Passolo Collaboration Edition 2018 for the first time.
I have 2 tbulic18 files to translate.
I finished the first file (opened as project)
Now, what's the simplest way to translate the 2nd file using the translation memory of the first one.
Any details on how to import/export files will be appreciated.

If I understand you correctly, you have two different tbulic files that belong to a single product or project.
You can open them both in Passolo. To make sure that they are opened, check their status here:

Then click twice the one you want to translate and go to File-Options-Translation Helpers-Fuzzy Matching-check the 'Other Opened Projects' box. (Actually you may check all boxes to make sure that all resources are used.)
For Fuzzy Matching, you can set up a minimum match percentage by navigating to the 'Settings' tab.
Also it is worth checking the 'Replicates' option: select Translate replicates... Basically, you can check them all everywhere in 'Pre-Translation', 'Fuzzy Matching', 'Concordances', 'Terminology', and 'Replicates'.
In 'Translation Assistant', check the box called 'Use Translation Assistant'. This will enable automatic fuzzy matches displaying. Unless you check it, you will have to click the buttons here:

Thank you Stepan,
I managed to open both files as you explained but most strings of the second file cannot be translated with Info: The text cannot be edited. This string uses Replicate Unification and it's not the first string with this text.
Any idea about his?

The term 'replicates' is a Passolo's synonym for 'repetitions'. Replicate Unification is a feature enabled by project manager to ensure consistent translation for all replicates. This is sort of locked repetitions. You can't edit them. Just leave as is.
What you can do with replicates though is filtering and editing the master string. Press Ctrl+L or click the Filter button (anywhere except the upside triangle, see the screenshot below), select 'Replicates', check the 'Filter replicated s... See more

There are some options on the PM's side that are not available to translators. For example, this one:

No Replicate Translation translates from Passolish to Tradosese as Lock non-first repetitions, and Unify Replicates translates to Autopropagate repetitions by PM.
