Source text - English A new future has begun for the financial industry, and it is striding rapidly and inexorably forward in various substantial directions. What makes the accompanying challenges especially demanding is the fact that these developments tend to occur insidiously or even unnoticed, rather than emerging as a big bang or a catastrophe. As a result, the best time frame for triggering strategic initiatives and projects is often missed. In addition, it is very tempting to wait before starting a
serious discussion about the future. Time and energy are becoming ever more scarce resources. Currently, there are a number of projects being carried out in banks under the overall heading of industrialisation, which are primarily concerned with optimising the actual situation. These are necessary steps for many reasons,
mostly due to sinking margins and the associated demand for increasing efficiency. But they are simply not enough to ensure a long-term future. Frequently, greater priority is placed on examining the internal situation than on global developments
and the “new” customer. This customer is now supremely educated and very familiar with the instruments of the digital world. Furthermore, these industrialisation projects are so complex and costly that hardly any time remains to contemplate, reflect, and think specifically about future challenges, opportunities and risks.

Source text - Persian (Farsi) اگرچه یافته های تحقیق حاضر دامنه گسترده آگاهی و نگرش بیماران مورد مطالعه را درسطوح ضعیف به شکل قابل توجهی ارایه نموده اما با توجه به ارتباط بین این دو شاخص بنظر میرسد میتوان با ارتقای آگاهیهای تغذیه باعث اصلاح نگرش بیماران در خصوص دریافت شیرین کننده های کم کالری و متعاقبا ارتقای سلامتی آنان شد هر چند این مهم نیازمند سایر مداخلات آموزشی و بالینی و اقتصادی و فرهنگی است. در خصوص عملکرد بیماران با توجه به پاسخ به سوالات بنظر میرسد در خصوص ضرورت کنترل و پایش وضعیت شاخص های بیوشیمیایی و بالینی بشکل جداگانه یک خلا (Gap) در رفتار آنان وجود داشته که مستلزم اجرای برنامه های حمایتی و مشاوره بالینی به موازات اخذ مهارتهای بهداشتی و تغذیه ای در بیماران دیابتی میباشد. همچنین مطالعات گسترده تر ی در نمونه ها ی بیشتر در بیماران دیابتی و پایش آنان جهت اخذ نتایج تکمیلی پیشنهاد میگردد.محدودیت این مطالعه چندین مورد بوده است که شامل تعداد کم نمونه ها و مقطعی بودن تحقیق میباشد که نمیتوان تقدم وتاخر یافته ها را بدرستی ارزیابی نمود. بنابراین ، ارائه یک رابطه اساسی با توجه به نوع مطالعه دشوار است. لذامطالعات بیشتری با حجم نمونه بیشتر و به شکل مداخله ای و پایش وضعیت بیماران توصیه میگردد.
Translation - English While our findings revealed significantly poor levels of knowledge and attitude in the study population, considering the relationship between these two indicators suggests that fostering patients’ nutritional awareness can help modify their attitudes toward low-calorie sweeteners. This change in perspective could subsequently translate into better health outcomes, even though it requires other educational, clinical, economic, and cultural interventions as well. As for diabetic patients’ practices, it is crucial to overcome the gap in their behaviors regarding the need to independently control and monitor the status of their biochemical and clinical indicators, which calls for the implementation of support programs and clinical counseling in parallel with the acquisition of health and nutrition skills. It is also recommended that more extensive studies be conducted on larger populations and with longer follow-ups to obtain more conclusive results. The limitations of this study included its sample size and its cross-sectional nature that prevented making a chronological assessment of the results. Hence, it was difficult to infer a definite relationship [between the variables]. More studies with larger sample sizes need to be undertaken in the form of [clinical] interventions where patients' [health] status might be [continuously] monitored.

Bio
I received my Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Shahid Beheshti University (Tehran) in 2014, and I graduated in 2016 with a Master's Degree in the same major from University of Tehran. In 2021, I got my PhD in English Literature from Kharazmi University (Tehran). For about two years, I worked as a translator/editor for Medical - Surgical Nursing Journal, affiliated with Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Currently, I am a remote medical interpreter working 40 hours a week for Future Group Translation Services, CA, US. Meanwhile, I've taken two online editing courses at Queens' University, Ontario, Canada, and accept editing and translation projects in a variety of disciplines, particularly medicine.
