Error (-2147467259) while trying to work with Multiterm 7

I am using SDL TRADOS Translator's Workbench 7.1.0.719 - (Build 719) and MultiTerm 7.0.2.327 - (Build 327), with Windows XP Home Edition and Service Pack 2
When I run Translator's Workbench and open the Term Recognition Options dialog box from the Options tab, I can not select Multiterm 7 in the terminology provider preferences.
I receive the error message:

try to select "MultiTerm iX" and then browse your file I remember I did it this way
