Japanese term

名寄否契約

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Insurance
名寄否契約, 名寄承認
There is no other context: They are just fields in a chart. In a glossary I received from the client, there are multiple different translations for 名寄, such as consolidated, consolidation, name search, and alpha-index. I have no idea which of these to use, because I don't know what this refers to. Also, 否契約 makes no sense to me.

If you can provide what the actual meaning of 名寄否契約 is, that would be extremely helpful.

Thanks for your help in advance.
